  • There is currently no vaccine for the virus 

  • The virus is mainly spread from person to person through close contact

  • Droplets can infect people through eyes, noses, and mouths. The droplets can get into your lungs and infect you

Basic Trustworthy guidelines to follow to prevent the spread of Covid-19:

  • Washing your hands is one of the most effective strategies to not get infected. The way you wash your hands matters a lot too. It should be with soap and hot water for at least two seconds 

  • Sanitizer should have at least 60% alcohol and should be rubbed on your hands until dry to kill all germs  

  • Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands at all times

  • Everybody should have face cover-ups (masks, cloth wraps, bandana)

  • Clean and disinfect surfaces regularly and thoroughly

  • Bleach can help protect you from the coronavirus. FALSE

  • Masks are a very important part of protecting yourself, but many people do not know how to put them on. There are very specific guidelines on how to and when to wear a safety mask. TRUE
